A logistics operator was chasing drivers for trip documentation after the fact. Paperwork came in late, came in incomplete, or did not come in at all until someone went looking for it. Billing could not go out until those records existed, and drivers waited on their pay for the same reason.
The problem was not effort. It was that the paperwork was happening somewhere other than where the work happened, which meant every record depended on someone remembering to go back and file it.
CodeBlu built the whole stack for this one: a native iOS app, a native Android app, and the backend behind both. Drivers now capture trip documentation as the run completes, at the point the work is actually done, and the record moves straight into the system the office bills from.
Records land with the trip instead of days behind it. Billing goes out against complete paperwork, and drivers get paid faster because nothing is sitting unsubmitted waiting to be chased.
